Glucomannan is a water-soluble fibre, it is a high molecular weight polysaccharide and it is the main component of Konjac gum. Konjac gum is a water-soluble hydrocolloid obtained from the Konjac flour by aqueous extraction. This is a white free flowing powder with a few black spots.
