Alpha Amylase [Aspergillus oryzae] 120,000 SKB u/g powder
Alpha amylase is produced by fungal fermentation using a selected strain of Aspergillus oryzae. Alpha amylase hydrolyses 1,4 glycosidic linkages in amylose and amylopectin, resulting in the production of dextrins and fermentable sugars. This is an off-white coloured powder and contains NLT 120,000 SKB u/g.
