Alpha Galactosidase [Aspergillus niger] 30,000 GAL u/ g powder
Alpha galactosidase is produced by fungal fermentation using a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. Alpha galactosidase hydrolyses the non-reducing terminal galactose from complex carbohydrates and glycoproteins. This is an off-white to brown coloured powder, standardised with NLT 30,000 GAL u/g.
