Collagen hydrolysate 3kDa Powder [Marine - Cod Only]
Collagen hydrolysate is a powder made from skin of wild caught codfish (Gadus morhua) from the North Atlantic Ocean. The product is hydrolysed and enzymatically treated, then spray-dried into a granulated powder. This granulated powder is white to light yellowish in colour. The product is produced according to EU regulation 852/2004, 853/2004 – with EU 2016/355 amending Annex III and 854/2004.
