Protease (4.5) is produced by bacterial fermentation using a selected strain of Bacillus licheniformis. Protease hydrolyses peptide linkages in proteins, resulting in the production of hydrolysed proteins and peptides. This is an off-white coloured powder that is standardised with NLT 450,000 HUT u/g.
