Isomalto-oligosaccharide (IMO), also known as Bificus factor are a mixture of 2 to 9 glucose units linked by α(1,6) linkages providing dietary fibre functionality and prebiotic effect. Isomalto-oligosaccharide is produced by enzymatic saccharification of corn starch in a certified IP controlled non-GMO facility.
