We provide a broad ranging R&D service by working directly with companies acting as primary ingredient manufacturers, and those companies developing sophisticated methods of logistics management. Our major R&D focus is new product development whether in the form of novel single ingredients, or innovative dosage form. By matching specific solutions to specific challenges, we personalise the service provided and help our customers to provide the right ingredient to get the job done. Additionally, we are also experienced in realm of label claims and specifications at a regional and international level, and pride our service on staying informed at the cutting edge of this rapidly changing legal structure.

We also provide Labelling, advertising and promotion advice in collaboration with other EU and US agencies. We also provide guidance on EFSA health claims and assists in the EU regulatory approval process.
Vita Actives team have knowledge and experience for export markets including Australia, Japan, China, UAE, Russia and India. Our team can work with your closely to get regulatory approval into these markets.
Logistics
Warehouse and Storage
The key to our ability to achieve our goals of premium ingredient supply at the lowest possible cost is our specialisation in distribution and supply chain management. Our warehousing network based at locations in Ireland, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands provides us with ample space from which to provide a time-efficient supply chain within the British Isles and continental Europe. Proximity to major international airports and shipping ports means that no customer or delivery is ever too far away. We purchase ingredients from a large group of suppliers in order to provide our customers with the best wholesale pricing options, and have our ingredients always available with the shortest lead time possible.
Our warehousing portfolio includes state-of-the-art temperature and environmental controls (including cold storage) in order to ensure ingredients are maintained in the best possible condition for use. Vita Actives is also open to collaboration as warehousing and/or distribution partners with the other EU based suppliers.
Production
Once we have achieved a successful formulation design and developed the product at a lab scale, we can pass the technology and formulation to one of your selected manufacturing partner for pilot scale and commercial production runs.
