Lipase [Aspergillus oryzae] 35,000 FIP u/g powder
Lipase is a lipolytic enzyme produced by fermentation of a selected strain of Aspergillus oryzae. Lipase catalyses the hydrolysis of fats and lipids into free fatty acids, partial glycerides and glycerol. This is a white to cream powder that is standardised with NLT 35,000 FIP u/g.
